You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

I hope you are doing well. This is regarding the food event that you are organizing this month for the International Students' club. I wish to participate in this event by preparing traditional food item called Voda Pao for the international club event.

This dish is very popular in southern states of India. It consists of bread bun, which is shallow fried with spicy sauce. It is served with deep fried balls which are made by coating boiled potatoes with chickpea batter. Usually, these are sold by vendors and food trucks.

I believe this famous street food item will be perfect addition to the list of food that other members are offering, as there is no Indian item added to the list. Being the memebt of this club, I know majority of international students are from south asian countrier. This makes it important to have a representation in our club.

I hope you consider my suggestion and accept my offer.
