Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am writing to suggest a dish from my country to add to the event which will be held on 19th September 2026.

So, the dish is "Kottu" which is one of the most famous street foods in Sri Lanka. It is originally from Kerala,India. During the colonial era it got vast popularity in Sri Lanka. It was originally made with stuffed roti,eggs and onions. However, now the dish has modified by adding vegetables and variety of meats. Though it has lots of calories, it would be such a delicious food.

There are several reasons to suggest this dish in the event. Firstly, majority of the student's are from south asia. Who has already experienced the food before.They will have a feeling of different taste with compre to they originally had. Also there are lot of people who are representing the other countries like UAE, UK,Canada and USA. I would like to offer a chance to taste Sri Lankan crusinie to everyone else.

I hope you will take this suggestion into consideration. Thank you for your time, and I ook forward to seeing the suggested dish in the event.
