Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am james from international student club, writting this letter to you to get permission on cooking a dish from my native country in the event. The dish I want to prepare is fish and chips which is really famous all over the country. In this dish a particular type of fish is used named salmon which is only available in the rivers and when it is served with the fries as well as dipping sauce it makes a really awsome combination. This dish have really good amount of nutrients as well as carbs in it because of which it is really good for every age group also that's the reason I think it should be considered in the event so that more and more peope can get to know about this wonderful dish. Moreover, it can help to know about the rich flavors and good taste of over country to people across the world.
