You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

i am writing to tell you about the event that our club is conducting to enjoying the popular food from all around the world and I want to be a part of it and make my country's popular dish.

I would request you to let me be a part of this event as I am a member of the international Student's Club. Moreover, I am a professional chef with 3 years of experience working in Taj Hotel restaurant.

The Cuisine that I want to introduce in this event is from my hometown, which is the famous Butter Chicken. It is the most tasted dish from Amritsar and is widely popular there.

Butter Chicken should be included in this event as it has an elegant taste and also depicts the cultural of my birthplace. Furthermore, people from all around the world can appreciate the taste and importance of this dish.

I humbly request our event organiser to grant me a chance to show my skills and culture in front of the world.
