You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear luis,

I hope this letter finds you well. I'm writing to you to make a suggestion about making a popular dish from Algeria.

The dish is called "Couscous", it's a very delicious andnpopular dish made of the Couscous itself that is premade by my mother. Basically, it's a pasterie cooked on steam served with some sort of a soup that contains meat and other vegetables.

This dish has been chosen as a north african precisely Algerianheritage by the unisco and it has been classified by many famous food magasine as one the best pasteries arround the world.

I think that adding this dish to our menu will provide so much diversity and honestly i think that it will be our black horse since not so many people know about the most popular d8shes in Algeria or Africa as a whole.

lastly,i would be really pleased to have your approval and satrt my preparations to make something that will be remmembered.
