You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country

• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to let you know about the dish I am preparing for the event organized by the International Students' Club.

I would like to offer to make a delicious dish from India. The dish is called 'Chicken Biriyani,' and it is a combination of Chicken and Rice, along with a yogurt salad. The dish is full of aroma thanks to the special spices used.

There is such a wide variety of Biriyani available in India, and every state has its own taste. My version is Kerala-style biryani, which has special rice called Kaima rice. The rice has its own flavor, and the best part is that it's very small and popular in South India. This is why I want to include it in the event to introduce everyone to the authentic taste of India.

Please confirm the quantity I need to make for the event. I hope our event is a big success.
