You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.
Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter
- offer to make a popular dish from your country
- describe what this dish is
- explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to give you an information regarding upcoming event, which is a celebration of famous cuisine around the world. As a membes of International Student's club, I will suggest a special dish from my country in Indonesia.
In my hometown, there are many delightful cuisine. The famous one is Soto that is very famous among Indonesian's local people. Basically Soto is a soup base with a lot of spices in it. Besides that, Soto always contain a noodles, chicken or beef, and some vegetables.
The primary reason Soto must be included in the event because it is represented my country culture. If local people in my hometown have an event, such as a company celebration or family gathering, they are always serve Soto. So, it is very meaningful local cuisine.
