You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am Kaira Boss one of the member of an international students club and this year club is planning to celebrate an event of a food festival in which they like to include popular food dishes from all around the world.

I would like to be a part of this food festival also I will like to make famous cuisine from my own country India. I like to cook different types of food for my family and friends, I used to do that on my weekends.

I decided to bake a carrot cake which is a very special dish in India. This cake contains healthy ingredients such as carrots, nuts, butter and pistachios. This dish is famous for its taste and texture.

I would like to request you to allow me to make this delicious cake at the event. Moreover, this will be a great opportunity for me to represent my culture and People can know more about the taste of vegetarian dishes.
