You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to share one of the famous dish from my country to offer in the upcoming food event.

As you know as a member of international student's club, it is our responsibility to make sure this event should include all the popular foods from around the world. Therefore, I am introducing to you the famous food from India which is Chicken Biriyani. Basically, this dish is mixture of chicken marinated with spices and rice. This dish not only is delicous but spicy as well. In addition, this dish is served with raita which is mixture of fresh yogurt with shreded cucumber and salt.

I strongly believe that this dish should be included in this festival because it is not popular here. Moreover, most of people here just eat chicken and rice separately. Hence, this combination of chicken and rice with stong spices will surpise a lot of people and they are going to love this dish.
