You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Luis,

I hope this email finds you well. I would like to join the upcoming food event organised our club next week. As a member I would like to present a dish called "Kheer" to represent India's food culture.

This dish is basically from India and its very similar to rice pudding. In India its vey popular dessert dish occassionaly made on events like Diwali. Moreover, it contains rice and milk as main ingridient along with sugar and variety of nuts such as almonds, coconuts. Individuals often make this dish on their special events.

I believe not all the individuals are aware of such kind of dish existence here. Hence this will be the perfect opportunity to introduce dish" Kheer" in the event to represent indian culture and taste to our audience.

I hope you accept my offer and I am looking forward to hearing back your thoughts on this.
