You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope everything is well for you. I am writing this letter to share an idea with you regarding the famous dish from my country, which we should include in the food festival.

I would like to participate in making a very well-known dish from India. The name of this dish in my nation is 'Pani puri' or 'Poochka'. It can be also called as spicy water balls.

It is interesting dish which was invented in Bihar a state in India. Basically, it has stuffing made of mashed potatoes, chiili,boiled small red chickpeas, coriander leaves and rich with spices to make it flavourful. And it is served with fried hollow balls and mint - chiili water.

This will be definately very popular in the event and we will be able to make plenty of rvenue from it.
