You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

I hope you re doing well. I have come to know that the club is organising a food event next weekend which will be including famous cuisines from all around the globe. I am so excited to hear that ! I would also like to particiapte and present a special dish, 'Chicken Biryani' from Pakistan.

It is a beutiful blend of yellow, orange coloured rice cooked in spicy chicken gravy. Its spicies are unique, flavourful and mouth-watering. My entire house just gets filled with its tantalizing aroma when I cook it. It is delicious beyond imagination and loved by desi community all around the world.

This is something that many people from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh enjoy eating on special occasions and celebrations so students from these communities can resonate with the theme of the event. Also, it will be an opportunity for others to explore Asian food.
