You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am a member of an International Student's club and I am writing to express to include a famous dish from my country India as the club is planning an event to celebrate popular food across the world.

I would really appreciate If you consider my traditional street food item in the event. In India we have certain popular dishes from each different state.

This food has started its sale on street the named as Vadapav. It is just a bun and a potato stuffing filled inside. However, it sounds a simple dish the taste is excellent. The bun is fried in butter with chilli powder. And the main portion of potato stuffing is made up of various ingredients for example curry leaves, peanuts, cheese and dhana. All of them is mixed together in a corn flour and deep fried.

I think it is very quick to make and it tastes better then any burger. It is popular around te world and it ranks 5 position in food grading. I would like if people try this food and apreciate my country.

I would really appreciate if you consider this famous dish in the event.
