You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am excited to know that our society is going to organise an event with several dishes which are quite popular globally.

Being an active member of our society, I would love to prepare one of the unusual dishes which is famous among people who live in Pakistan particulary northern areas. It is quite popular among tourist and one cannot resist itself after giving it a try.

This savour has different names, among those the common ones are mamtu and momos. It contains a dough which is specifically prepared with white flour and the fillings includes mince, chicken or vegetables which is customised.Once a dough is kneaded, it is filled with desired filling which mainly includes mince, then it is steamed ina specially designed steamer for thirty minutes and then served with number of sauces which enhance its taste.

I would need you approval to include this dishes into this huge event as it is getting popular in almost all the cities. People are doing online courses to learn its secret recipe and infact it is one the trending small business, that is helping people to earn sufficient profits. I recommend you to add this dish as I believe that, it would be a show stopper because it is different from fast food and other related dishes.
