Dear luis,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am Shriya and a member of an International students' club. I am writing this letter to express my interest to participate in an event to celebrate popluar food. I am an Indian citizen and we have plenty of dishes world famous from that I would like to make a Briyani. It is dish made of rice and aromatic spices. People prefer to make different versions of briyani as per their convenience.

The authentic method to prepare this dish is layers of rice with fired onions and variety of chuntey made of basil leaves. Usually Briyani serve with yogurt and onion to enhance the taste and balance the spiceness.

I really love cooking and want to taste my country's cusinie to everybody because i am confident that they all will love this dish.Let me know if you want more details about the cusinie. I am looking forward to hear a positive response from you.
