You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

Hopefully, you and your work are going well. I am writing this letter to suggest a popular dish from India that I would be happy to prepare for the upcoming event.

I would like to make pav bhaji, which is a well-known indian fast food dish. This is made of boiled fresh vegetables, including potatoes, brinjal, cabbage, and other veggies. People like to eat it with bread. It is usually served hot and has a delicious flavour.

I believe this dish should be on the menu list of the event because the majority of people who are going to enjoy this event are Indian, so they will definitely like it. It would be great for all the participants to learn more about Indian cuisine. Additionally, I can prepare a large quantity of it, making it suitable for the event.

I want to make the dish and explain its ingredients to the other members. I am hoping to hear a good response in this matter from your side.
