Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country

• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am writing this letter because i am a member of an International student club. I had notice that club is organising an event regarding to celebrate the popular dishes around the world. I would like to participate in the event.

As you know, I am from Andhra Pradesh, Which is loacted in south part of India. I want to prepare an authentic chicken biryani dish. Which is so popular food item in India. people will place an order from delivery platforms or takeaway and prepared at home on weekends.

This dish is call chicken biryani. Biryani will prepare with lot of spices, rich in arouma and it is healthy for our gut as well. Biryani is the very anicient platter from India which is from the Mughra's Empire.

I would like to include this dish in the event because it will represent my country. Not only that It also rich in protines and Immunity as well for example Chicken is source of protine and spieces which we use it helps to boost immunity as well as clear the gut.

I would appriciate if you accept my dish to place it in the event. I am looking forward to hear from you.
