You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dera Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am Nirma Shaheen and I have been a member of this international club, Club for All, for the past two years. I am writing to you as I want to bring a famous Pakistani dish in the event.

The dish name is Biryani. It is a very simple but delicious dish made up of boiled rice and meat curry. Either chicken or beef can be used depends on a person's choice. It also includes vegetables such as potatoes and carrots.

I believe this dish should be included in the event as the main theme of this event is to introduce popular food tems to the people from around the world. This dish will be suitable for everyone even vegetarian people as it can be cooked using a wide range of vegetables without meat or if you prefer I could bring two different options. One for vegetarian and second for meat lovers.

I hope you will like biryani. Please do let me know if any additional information is required.
