You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.
Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter
- offer to make a popular dish from your country
- describe what this dish is
- explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,
I am writing this is show my keen interest to offer my participation in the event which is organised to celebrate global popular food.
As a member of the club, I would love to offer the native Indian dish that is quite famous around the world. It is originally belong to southern part of India but had rulled Indian breakfast for ages.
The name of the dish is Idli Sambar. It is healthy and nutrition rich food. Idli is basically made of fermented rice and Sambar is a mixed gravy of veggies. Which makes it the best combination that creates the explotion of flavours.
Idli Sambar is a combination of health, taste and well-known food. So, I think it should be considered in the event. I am sure that the participants will enjoy it without doubt.
