You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I have heard about an event that our club is going to organise to celebrate well known cuisine from different countries.

I would like to make one suggestion about include one of the most popular dish from India. This dish is called "Samosa Chaat" which is one of my favourite dish, and I hope everyone is going to like this dish.

This dish has been made from few ingredients which includes Samosa, baked chickpeas, Yogurt, and a mixer of corriander and mint. It also includes onions, tomatoes, and corriander for garnishing. Indian dishes are known for its high spice level, but this dish is mild because it contains yogurt in it, so I hope everyone will like the taste of it.

The main reason behind including this dish in event becuase it is veg. Since, we don't have much options available for vegetarian people, this dish would be a great option for them.
