You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I would like to show my interest to represent my country dish in this upcoming event ,which will be organised by international student's club to celebrate famous cusines from all over the globe.

Being a member of this club,I had participated in some of cultural activities before,and now i love to offer you a famous indian dish named as Dal makhni .This curry is not only famous in my country,but overseas as well.

If i explain the the texture and serving of this dish is quite amazing. Basically it is combination of some raw cereals that is soaked for four hours before making so that i could be soft and then cooked in the presurre cooker .the interesting part is the indian masala mixture which gives it crisp and taste .Eventually it serves with thick cream on the top and side could be bread and naan.

I would really appriciate if this recipe can be the part of fest as it represents the taste and cultural values of my nation.
