In the upcoming years, all the vehicles will be driverless such as, cars, buses and trucks. In that particular vehicles only passenger will travel. I strongly believe that this statement have more benefits than drawbacks. This essay highlights the advantages and disadvantages with valid explanations and examples.

On the one hand, (IOT) Internet of Things will play a crucial role in future to execute this concept. There will be several benefits if this plane really works such as, if technology will enhance due to that the employment of technical individuals will increase. Moreover, the road accidents will be less, because the vehicles will have the sensors all over the vehicles, that will stop the cars or trucks automatically and traffic jams issues will also reduce. In addition, all these vehicles will be driverless so, the individuals can utilize their travelling time to do their pending work. Also, this technology will be essential for the people who are blind.

On the other hand, the future of the drivers are in danger if this concept take place. They will be jobless due to the driverless cars or trucks and it will be a big loss to the households. Furthermore, there will be the possibilities of technical errors in the vehicles, due to this sometimes fear will haunt. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses all parts of the prompt, providing both advantages and disadvantages and a clear position. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For example, the point about employment is mentioned but not fully explored in terms of the broader economic impact. The example provided regarding the 2016 accident in China is relevant but lacks sufficient detail to fully support the argument. To reach a higher band, you should aim to expand on your points with more depth and logical reasoning, ensuring that each argument is fully explained rather than just stated.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, and there is a logical progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand,' 'Moreover,' and 'In conclusion,' which help guide the reader. However, some transitions feel a bit mechanical, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'if this plane really works,' where 'plane' seems to be a misuse of 'plan' or 'concept.' The use of cohesive devices is adequate but lacks the flexibility and sophistication required for a higher band score.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it is somewhat limited and repetitive. You use basic terms like 'big loss' and 'fear will haunt,' which lack precision. There are also some instances of awkward word choice, such as 'if this plane really works' (likely meaning 'plan') and 'the future of the drivers are in danger' (subject-verb agreement issue). To improve, you should focus on using more precise, academic vocabulary and collocations that are appropriate for a formal essay.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Examples include subject-verb agreement errors ('this statement have,' 'the future of the drivers are'), incorrect verb tenses ('if technology will enhance'), and awkward phrasing ('if this concept take place'). While the meaning is generally clear, the high frequency of these errors prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for subject-verb agreement would be highly beneficial.
