Student answer (Band 5.0)
In the future all the cars and the buses will be driverless the people only travel inside the vehicles will be the passengers. There is massive advantage of this technology in the future because sometimes the driver may do mistake to take us at the exact location where we want to go.For example a person is worker in the industry and his officers call him to arrive quickly today but he does not know how to drive a car then he will be helpful of a driver and the driver will not be able to do this task on time so the worker will bear the insult from the boss so this is the reason that the the automation will be helpful to reach our destination on time but there is a disadvantage of the automation. In some of the situations we have to go the location but we take some stay in the traveling like we have to go the relatives home for attending the event but in the traveling we want to stop the market place to buy some stuffs but we cannot tell the robort to stop here we have to plan each and everything before arriving from our own home and set the exact locations earlier otherwise we will face the problems many times also it will not tell us about the needs and the maintenance of the vehicle it will just drive we have to focus on the all the needs of the vehicle by our own so in conclusions there are some advantages and the disadvantages of this.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both advantages and disadvantages. However, the development of ideas is limited and often repetitive. The example provided regarding a worker being late is somewhat confusing and does not clearly illustrate the primary benefits of autonomous technology. The position is stated but lacks depth, and the conclusion is abrupt and fails to clearly state whether the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, which is a requirement of the task. To improve, you should ensure each paragraph has a clear topic sentence and that your arguments are fully explained with logical, real-world examples.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay lacks paragraphing, which makes it difficult to follow the progression of ideas. The entire response is written as one long block of text. Cohesive devices are either missing or used incorrectly, such as the repetitive use of 'and' and 'the'. There is no clear logical flow between the advantages and the disadvantages, and the transition between ideas is often abrupt. To improve, you must use paragraph breaks to separate your introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion, and incorporate a wider variety of linking words like 'furthermore', 'however', and 'consequently' to connect your sentences.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is basic and repetitive, which limits the ability to convey complex ideas. There are several instances of awkward phrasing, such as 'he will be helpful of a driver' and 'bear the insult from the boss'. Some words are used incorrectly, such as 'robort' (spelling) and 'stuffs' (which is uncountable). The range of vocabulary is insufficient for a higher band score. You should focus on learning topic-specific vocabulary related to technology and transportation, and practice using synonyms to avoid repeating the same words throughout your writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are significant issues with sentence structure, including run-on sentences and a lack of proper punctuation. Articles are frequently misused or omitted (e.g., 'the people only travel'), and there are errors in verb tense and subject-verb agreement. The range of structures is very limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, including the correct use of articles, prepositions, and punctuation, before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
