Student answer (Band 5.0)
In the future generations or easier to describe our child there will be some brand new things for public transports or private vehicles that they will be driverless.
Firstly , there are some beneficial advantages that the driverless will have. but the best things i can think of is "The corrections" , they can improve more than the usual drivers, if the vehicle are driverless, which means they will be leaded by AI short for Artificial Intelligent, which is always help the user answer their questions and giving the best information and the suggestions. which is very familiar to everyone's life. so if the AI can control the vehicles it will be very great for anyone who need the corrections.
secondly, there are also many disadvantages if the transports is driverless. Like they wont have emotions to be honest if in the future they can react to many situations like a person. but at the curtain timeline they can't do that, as we can see in a normal public transport the driver will be talking to the others people with different emotions which can improve the conversations pretty much but if they are driverless they can only answer our questions fast and correctly but having no reactions or more information as people talking, the other thing may be about the are talking over our jobs, today they helped us pretty much but they have replaced many people made more family became poorer.
Overall, there may be more things in the future that we can't expect, therefore, we need to improve ourselves to have a wider knowledge to improve our lands.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both advantages and disadvantages. However, the development of ideas is limited and often unclear. For example, the argument regarding 'corrections' and AI is vague and lacks a clear link to the benefits of driverless vehicles. The discussion on disadvantages, such as the lack of human emotion and job displacement, is relevant but lacks depth and specific examples. The position is somewhat unclear, as the essay does not explicitly state whether the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. To improve, you should provide more concrete examples and ensure each paragraph has a clear, focused topic sentence that directly supports your overall stance.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the logical progression of ideas is frequently disrupted by awkward phrasing and unclear transitions. While some cohesive devices like 'Firstly' and 'secondly' are used, they are often followed by sentences that lack internal cohesion. For instance, the transition between the discussion of AI and the conclusion is abrupt. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as the use of 'they' to refer to various subjects, which makes it difficult for the reader to follow the argument. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each sentence flows logically from the previous one will significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is basic and often repetitive. There are several instances of word-choice errors and non-standard collocations, such as 'at the curtain timeline' and 'improve our lands'. The term 'corrections' is used in a way that does not fit the context of the argument. While the essay attempts to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'Artificial Intelligent' (which should be 'Artificial Intelligence'), the range is insufficient to express complex ideas with precision. To reach a higher band, you should focus on learning topic-related collocations and using more precise vocabulary to convey your meaning accurately.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are issues with subject-verb agreement, such as 'if the vehicle are driverless' and 'the transports is driverless'. Sentence structures are often run-on or fragmented, making the text difficult to read. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary spaces before commas and incorrect capitalization. While there is an attempt to use complex sentences, they are frequently faulty, leading to confusion. Focusing on basic sentence construction, ensuring subject-verb agreement, and proofreading for punctuation errors will help improve your grammatical accuracy and overall clarity.
