Student answer (Band 5.0)
In today's world everything happening around the technology and AI. This would be possible in the future ,in place of drivers there can be robots or some technology is working behind it. In my opinion, it has advantages and disadvantages both.
To begin with, If this case occurs then drivers can be unemployed due to some advances technology. Therefore several employees will be face jobless life in place of driver. People economical growth will fall, and they will suffer from financial issues and also found technical error which can harm human life. For example, in Finland a student of university makes one modal of driver-less vehicles and during presentation the found its risky for human life. Thus, if any technical problems will arise then is will be dangerous for people.
On the other hand, its has some advantages. Such as, for the transportation facility less manpower will use. Moreover, the system will be worked perfectly and regularly as a time owing to robots or AI will work behind this. Furthermore, if system is sets ones then its just need observation and commands. Hence, there will use less human work and need. For instance, Brezza-car company, is trying to make driver-less vehicles. If they make it then in many place the driver-less buses, cars and trucks will be found. As a result, some development will be occurred.
In conclusion, if driver-less vehicles came then cities view get change ,however, it has demerit that if any issue will create then is will cost human life and puts them in risk.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both the advantages and disadvantages of driverless vehicles, presenting a clear position in the introduction. Ideas are introduced regarding unemployment, technical risks, and reduced manpower, though they tend to be under-developed and supported by limited or vague examples, such as the mention of a student in Finland or a specific company. The conclusion reiterates the main stance. Because some ideas lack full extension and are slightly over-generalized, the performance aligns best with Band 5.5 to 6.0. Given the positive marking approach and the clear attempt to cover all parts of the task, a score of 6.0 is appropriate.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with a recognizable introduction, body paragraphs for pros and cons, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is utilized, dividing the advantages and disadvantages adequately. However, cohesive devices are sometimes mechanical or faulty, as seen with transitions like 'To begin with', 'On the other hand', and 'Hence', which feel repetitive or slightly unnatural. Referencing is also occasionally unclear, such as 'if system is sets ones then its just need observation'. Due to these mechanical cohesion issues and a lack of flexible linking, the response fits the Band 5.0 descriptors.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common terms such as 'unemployed', 'advances technology', and 'financial issues'. However, there are noticeable word choice and collocation errors, such as 'employees will be face jobless life', 'People economical growth will fall', and 'if any issue will create'. Spelling errors also occur, such as 'modal' instead of 'model' and 'sets ones' instead of 'set once'. These lexical inaccuracies and limitations place the response firmly at Band 5.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, but control is inconsistent. There are frequent grammatical errors involving verb forms, articles, and word order, including 'if this case occurs then drivers can be unemployed', 'system will be worked perfectly', and 'if driver-less vehicles came then cities view get change'. Punctuation is also erratic in places. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to prevent the writing from reaching Band 6.0, making Band 5.0 a more accurate reflection of the current grammatical control.
