In this technoworld, technology increasing day by day. Many people believe that in the future buses and cars will be driverless. Only passengers will travell inside such vehicles. I believe that its advantages are more than drawbacks.
on the one hand, the first benefit is acidents rate will be reduce. To elaborate, nowadays accidents ratio is increasing day by day. Drivers are diving blindly, many of them driving after drinking alchohol and other drugs, such as truck drivers. As a result with the help of automatic vehicles accident ratio will be decreased. Moreover, eployment also can be a pros. To explain, to design electric vehicles, high skilled and much workers will be needed, so it can be an advatage for the youth who is jobless, even though they have a good degree. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the task partially, as it attempts to discuss both advantages and disadvantages of driverless vehicles, but the development of ideas remains limited and under-developed. For instance, the point regarding employment is somewhat contradictory and confused, suggesting first that job opportunities will be created for youth and later stating that drivers will become jobless. Furthermore, the position is not always clearly sustained throughout the essay. Importantly, the response fails to meet the minimum length requirement, containing only 209 words rather than the specified 250 words. To reach a higher level, the writer must fully develop all parts of the task with extended explanations, clear examples, and ensure the word count requirement is strictly met.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some basic organisation present, with attempts to divide the response into paragraphs such as 'on the one hand' and 'However', but there is no clear overall progression throughout the text. Cohesive devices are frequently repetitive, mechanical, or used inadequately, such as the repeated use of phrases like 'To elaborate' and 'To explain' before nearly every point. Paragraphing is also somewhat disrupted by formatting issues in the body paragraphs. Referencing and logical transitions between ideas need to be smoothed out to establish a clearer sense of flow and progression. To improve, the writer should use a wider variety of cohesive ties more naturally and ensure that each paragraph builds logically upon the previous one without mechanical formulas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited in range, though minimally adequate for expressing basic ideas. There are noticeable lexical errors throughout the text, including spelling mistakes such as 'technoworld', 'travell', 'acidents', 'alchohol', 'eployment', 'advatage', 'Furthemore', 'benefecial', 'pregnent', 'desined', 'rams', and 'drwabacks'. Additionally, word choices like 'drivers are diving blindly' or 'much workers' cause some difficulty for the reader and reflect an inadequate command of collocations and word forms. To achieve a higher score, the writer needs to incorporate a wider range of less common vocabulary with greater precision, while eliminating basic spelling and word choice errors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response exhibits a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying mostly on simple sentences with frequent errors when attempting complex forms. There are numerous grammatical inaccuracies, such as subject-verb agreement errors ('technology increasing', 'accidents ratio is increasing', 'many of them driving'), article omissions ('acidents rate will be reduce'), and structural flaws in dependent clauses ('youth who is jobless'). Punctuation and capitalization are also inconsistent, as seen with lowercase letters at the beginnings of sentences like 'on the one hand'. To improve, the writer must demonstrate better control over basic sentence patterns, verb tenses, and agreements, while increasing the variety of error-free complex structures.
