Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this contemporay world, evolution of technology has made a huge changes in people lifestyle compared to past. Nowadays humans are fully dependent on technology. In the comming days all the roadways transportation will be driverless. The only homo sepens travelling inside these vechiles will be conusmers. In my view it will surely helps us due to reduce in human effort and will be more cost efficient. Although it has some of the disadvantages as well. This essay will examine my views and provide revalnet examples how advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
Firstly, there are lots of transportation that are being driven by human. Due to the continues develpment in automobile industries nowadays most of the cars, buses and trucks are automated. They dont need any kind of human struggle or effort to drive those vehicles. They are cost efficient as well.Aditionally, most of the travelling company are favoured by this kind of technology as they dont have to pay driver wages and it has significantly helped this sort of companies in their economic growth as well. For instance, Most of the taxies in dubai are humanless as there is no need of any individuals for taking control and the passanger also feel comfortable and their privacy will also be maintained.Therfore, i believe that for sure this technology will be more advance in comming days.
Secondly, as the technology is growing in context of automation in automobiles there are some drawbacks as well. Moreover, sometimes this type of sytsem badly affect the peoples habit. Driving is one of the necessary skills all humans must have but due to this people are not interested in driving. During long travel driverless vechicles often fails sometimes and different accident can happen. Thus, the companies should more focus on training the system and more concentration in passengers saftey.
In conclusion, There are lots of pros and cons regarding automated vehicles but i believe there are more advantages as compared to disadvantages but the company or industries should more work on individuals saftey in the comming days then the ai centric cars and buses will definetly replaces human.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the prompt by discussing both the advantages and disadvantages of driverless vehicles and provides a clear personal viewpoint. However, the development of ideas remains limited and under-developed. For instance, the discussion on reduced human effort and economic efficiency is stated rather than thoroughly extended with robust explanations. While the writer attempts to use an example regarding Dubai taxis, it lacks specific detail to fully support the argument. The position is visible throughout the introduction and conclusion, but the overall elaboration across the body paragraphs stays somewhat superficial, restricting the depth required for higher bands.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The essay displays some overall organization with a recognizable introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, yet there is no clear overall progression throughout the text. Cohesive devices are used, but they are often mechanical, repetitive, or inaccurate, such as relying heavily on basic sequential linkers like 'Firstly', 'Secondly', and 'In conclusion'. Furthermore, paragraphing is somewhat erratic, with the final paragraph lacking proper separation or clear transitions. Referencing is occasionally unclear, as seen in pronoun usage that leaves the precise antecedent ambiguous, hindering the smooth flow of information from one idea to the next.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited in range, though minimally adequate for the task. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary items, such as 'contemporay', 'homo sepens', and 'ai centric', but these attempts introduce noticeable spelling errors and awkward word choices that may cause some difficulty for the reader. There are frequent lexical inaccuracies, such as using 'conusmers' instead of passengers, 'humanless' instead of driverless, and 'revalnet' for relevant. These slips in word formation and spelling restrict the precision and flexibility of the lexical resource.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writing demonstrates a limited range of sentence structures, relying mostly on simple sentences with frequent errors when attempting complex forms. There are frequent grammatical mistakes, including issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'vehicles often fails', 'taxies in dubai are humanless'), incorrect article usage, and prepositions inside grammatical patterns. Punctuation errors are also present, such as missing apostrophes in contractions ('dont') and erratic spacing around commas and periods. These persistent errors in grammar can occasionally cause difficulty and strain for the reader.
