Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is predicted that in future all vehicles will be slefdrive. Only passengers will be travelling in these cars, buses and trucks. I believe that the driverless vehicles advantages outweigh disadvantages. This essay will first discuss that driverless transport reduce the traffic and also reduce car accidents and have drawbacks like it ended the opurtunity of these mens which were making money from transport.
On the one hand, many of accidents occure with the mistakes of humans so in selfdrive cars the reduction of accidents will be less because they have sensors in every parts if they face sudden change then their sensors automatically give the break decision, for instance in recent years in pakistan most of the cause of accidents was human mistakes so to avoid these mistakes the driverless cars will be more beneficial for the reduction of road accidents, furthermore human can do another miostake like they drive in the wrong way this leads to high traffic while they mechanics give the data to selfdrive cars that do not go in the wrong way so definetly there will be no traffic just because the driverless vehicles follow the riles.
On the other hand, selfdrive vehicles also have cons the people with having their own cars are making money from transport will ended up and also in a company if their is a job of driver so they also leads to ended up these jobs, for example in america in the company of Elon musk most of thge people are now jobless just beacause they were doing the job of driver and with the came of driverless cars they ended up all these opportunities.
In conclusion, all transport vehicles will be slefdrive. only public will travel in these cars, buses and trucks while there advantages is more than drawbacks a cars which are driven by humans can lead to road traffics and also road accidents to minimize these mistakes we need selfdrive cars and drawbacks is that ended all the opurtunities which were given to drivers in a company.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall view that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks, and you address both sides by discussing accident prevention and possible job losses. The examples about human driving errors and transport work are relevant to the question. However, the supporting ideas are not consistently convincing or fully explained: the claim that driverless vehicles will mean “there will be no traffic” is too absolute, and the example about Elon Musk’s company is asserted without showing how it supports the point. The introduction also promises a discussion of reduced traffic, but this point is not developed clearly in the body. To strengthen the response, explain the mechanisms and limits of each benefit, and support the employment concern with a more precise example or explanation.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for advantages and disadvantages, and a conclusion. This helps the reader follow the broad direction of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to track because several claims are joined into long sentences, particularly in the first body paragraph. Linking phrases such as “furthermore” and “on the other hand” are used, but some connections are mechanical or unclear; for example, the shift from wrong-way driving to traffic needs a clearer explanation. The conclusion repeats much of the introduction rather than bringing the main comparison together. Use shorter, more focused sentences and make each paragraph develop one central point in a clear sequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “sensors,” “road accidents,” “traffic,” and “opportunities,” so the main subject is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several expressions are inaccurate or repetitive, such as “selfdrive cars,” “ended up these jobs,” and “give the break decision.” Spelling errors—including “slefdrive,” “opurtunity,” and “definetly”—also make the writing less clear and reduce precision. Aim to learn accurate collocations for transport and employment, and check spelling carefully. Replacing repeated general terms with precise phrases, such as “automated vehicles” and “reduce the risk of collisions,” would make the argument more natural and easier to follow.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses with “because,” “while,” and “which,” but control is uneven. Errors in verb forms and agreement occur frequently, as in “driverless transport reduce” and “their advantages is more,” while sentence boundaries are often unclear in the long first body paragraph. Other examples include “the people … are making money … will ended up” and “if their is a job,” where the intended relationships between clauses are difficult to interpret. These problems sometimes make the reader work to understand your meaning. Practise building accurate subject–verb patterns and separating connected ideas into complete sentences. Then check each sentence for tense, agreement, articles, and punctuation.
