Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The response recognises the topic and gives reasons on both sides: possible loss of driving jobs and distrust of technology are set against convenience, lower travel costs and time savings. However, the task asks whether the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and your position is not clearly established or explained. The conclusion is cut off at “In my opinion in the future cars buses develop that travel without drui,” so it does not answer the comparison. Most points are asserted briefly rather than supported with examples or explanation. The response also falls 14 words short of the required minimum. To improve, state your view directly, develop two or three relevant reasons, and support them with a specific example before completing the conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is a basic paragraph structure: an introduction, a paragraph beginning “On the one hand,” another beginning “On the second hand,” and an attempted conclusion. These markers help the reader recognise that you are presenting contrasting views. However, the ideas within paragraphs do not progress clearly, and some connections are difficult to follow—for example, the sentence about travelling “without any passenger” conflicts with the task’s description of passengers. Linking phrases such as “in addition to” are not used effectively, and repeated references to “the people” make the writing mechanical. The unfinished final sentence also prevents a complete overall progression. Organise each paragraph around one main point, explain it in sequence, and use clear references and transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “driverless,” “technology,” “journey,” “destination” and “driving skill,” so the reader can identify the subject. However, the range is basic and repetitive, and inaccurate word choice or spelling sometimes makes meaning unclear. Examples include “features added in every new things,” “the communities trusted on the driver,” “donot tructed,” and “without any distrubence.” Some phrases also do not express the intended idea precisely, such as “save our essential time.” Build a more accurate set of topic phrases and check spelling carefully. For instance, use “automated vehicles,” “rely on human drivers,” “save time,” and “travel without disruption” where appropriate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response attempts both simple statements and longer sentences, but control of sentence structure and verb forms is limited. Errors occur frequently, as in “In the future modern era everything develop,” “The people will safe the money,” and “they donot gave to driver.” Articles, agreement and sentence boundaries are also problematic: “the some people” and “In the essay we discuss about” are not formed correctly, while several ideas run together without clear punctuation. These errors sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to follow, particularly in the opening and the final incomplete sentence. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then combine related ideas using a clear subordinate clause, checking tense, subject–verb agreement and articles.
