Student answer (Band 5.5)

In the technologicial era it is being noticed that all vehicles will be automated. In my opinion, this is a negitive change for the individuals it can cause less jobs, whereas it also have some advantages which i will dicuss in the upcoming paragraph.

This is becoming a alarming situation for those individuals who has only driving skill, in other words, more and more vehicles are now automated which is stilling the jobs of drivers and operators, they only know this skill their families run through these jobs, for example, in Captial of Inida, many texi drivers lost their jobs due the technology because there are many driverless cabs in the city which is providing less fare than it is usual. That's why it is a concerning problem for those who relay only these kind of jobs. Another reason is human being can not totally relay on robotic machines somtimes these machinces make mistakes and may through into the risk. For instance, Tesla a totally automated car in the USA has been found uncontrolled due to the direction was not visible in the evening. Hence realing fulaaly on tech products can halt the people's lives

On the other hand, there are some advantages of this phenomenon that these automatic machines in the vehicles can work 24 by 7 without taking break. As these vehicles can give accessibility to every individuals for travelling accross the diffrent places. People can reach their destination as soon as possible. For example, earlier there was not any facility to get the vehcle at night for a long journey but now it is avalible because the introduction of these automated vehicle which are making everyones life better in terms of travelling. Hence, growing technology is giving benefits to the travellors to reach their destinies safely.

In conclusion, Although being driverless vehicle can reducess the chance of employebility for middle class people, but this growth will also help in travelling sector to improve the time boundation and with providing a better and convenient journey.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address the question and make your position clear: you consider driverless vehicles a negative change overall, mainly because of job losses and the risk of machine errors. You also give advantages, including round-the-clock availability and easier travel at night, and support points with examples such as taxi drivers and Tesla. This is relevant coverage of both sides. However, the comparison is not fully resolved: the conclusion mentions employment and convenience but does not clearly explain why the disadvantages outweigh the advantages, despite your opening position. Some claims, such as that automated vehicles let people reach destinations safely, are asserted rather than explained. Develop the examples and explicitly weigh their importance to make your argument more convincing.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, a paragraph on disadvantages, a paragraph on advantages, and a conclusion. The contrastive opening of the third paragraph, “On the other hand,” helps signal the shift in argument, and examples generally follow the points they illustrate. This gives the essay a coherent progression. To strengthen cohesion further, make links between ideas more precise: the long sentence beginning “more and more vehicles are now automated” combines several claims, making their relationships difficult to follow. Some transitions, including repeated uses of “Hence,” feel mechanical, and “this phenomenon” has an unclear reference. Use shorter, better-linked sentences and clearer referencing to make the progression smoother.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “automated,” “accessibility,” “concerning problem,” and “convenient journey.” However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the argument difficult to understand. Examples include “technologicial,” “negitive,” “stiling,” “relay,” and “destinies”; the intended meanings are sometimes recoverable from context, but the errors reduce precision. Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “time boundation” and “halt the people's lives.” Build a more accurate set of topic-specific expressions and check spelling and collocations carefully. Prefer clear, natural wording over ambitious phrases whose meaning is uncertain.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a contrast with “whereas” and a concession in the conclusion beginning “Although.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors in sentence boundaries, agreement, articles, and verb forms can make meaning difficult to follow. For example, “In my opinion, this is a negitive change for the individuals it can cause less jobs” joins ideas without a clear grammatical link. In “those individuals who has only driving skill,” the relative clause has an agreement error, while “these automatic machines … can work” is followed by an unclear sentence structure. Practise building one complete clause at a time, then connect clauses with accurate punctuation and conjunctions.
