Student answer (Band 4.5)

In up coming time the automibiles like cars buses and trucks will be driverless. The community travilleing without drivers only passengers will travel inside these vehicles.

In next era the development must be improve also in engines. It is possibl that in future we will travel in more andvance cars. For instance, the cars travel without drivers and the individuals depends on auto system of cars.

Moreover, it will have positive and nagetive both impact on society.as we know that most of the people work as driver in our society and it has positive impact on our economy. If people travelling on dirverless cars, its just benifits our economy. But the driver whose household depends on driving will died due to hunger.

On the other hand we can illustrate that the positivity of dirverless vahicles is that people work from home and earns without having any long drive which make us tired. But it disturb our health. For instance it will cause of laziness and disturbed in life. Even that whose addicted to do work by himselves could disturb.

To recaptulate the topic it is obvious that the disadvantages of driverless vehicles outweigh the advantages. In my opinion the disadvantages is more than the benifits so that the driverless mobiles is not usefull for community of society

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You give a clear overall position in the conclusion: you believe the disadvantages outweigh the advantages, and you mention possible effects on drivers’ livelihoods and people’s health. However, the discussion only partially answers the question because the advantages are not clearly explained, and the point about working from home is not convincingly linked to driverless vehicles. The claim that drivers “will died due to hunger” is also extreme and unsupported. The response contains 209 words, so it is 41 words below the required minimum; the eight words copied from the prompt are not counted. This limits the space available to explain and support relevant ideas. Develop two or three directly relevant points with examples and clearer reasoning.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is a basic paragraph structure, and signposts such as “Moreover,” “On the other hand,” and “To recaptulate” show an attempt to guide the reader. The conclusion also returns to your stated view. However, progression between ideas is difficult to follow: the opening discussion of engine development does not lead clearly into the argument, and the paragraph about working from home shifts abruptly to laziness and health. Some connections are unclear, including “If people travelling on dirverless cars, its just benifits our economy.” Organise the essay around one paragraph for advantages and one for disadvantages, then explain how each point supports your final judgement. Use linking phrases only where the relationship between ideas is clear.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some task-related vocabulary, including “driverless vehicles,” “economy,” “passengers,” and “advantages” and “disadvantages,” so the topic is generally recognisable. However, the range is basic and several spelling and word-choice errors make the message harder to understand, such as “automibiles,” “travilleing,” “andvance,” and “nagetive.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, including “the positivity of dirverless vahicles” and “driverless mobiles.” Aim to use a smaller set of accurate, natural expressions rather than attempting unclear wording. Check spelling carefully and choose precise terms such as “automated vehicles,” “employment,” and “road safety” where they fit your point.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, and the response includes basic linking clauses, for example “On the other hand we can illustrate that…” However, grammatical errors are frequent and sometimes obscure the intended meaning. Examples include “the development must be improve,” “the individuals depends,” “people work from home and earns,” and “the disadvantages is more.” Sentence boundaries and punctuation also need attention: “society.as we know” runs two sentences together, while several clauses are joined without clear structure. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, verb forms, and complete sentence patterns. For example, write “individuals depend on the car’s automated system” and “the disadvantages are greater than the benefits.”
