Student answer (Band 4.5)

In future all cars , buses and trucks will be driverless its become very hard to travel. I belive that the without driver it has disadvantages of this view, for teenage people have the advatages from driverless.

There are many disadvantages of driverless future situation. Because of without driver local people become unemployed because everyone has no own cars or bike many people jobs depend on transportation system. Without driver how people can be travel they become unemployed, and diffcult to survive. Driverless vehicles are useless vehicles without driver buses , trucks are not sold and the company fall down. Transportation system is very important for rural area people. For exmpal, when rural people have job in urban area and they are in poverty line thats why they have no personal vehucles in this time transportation system is very important. because people how to travel one place to another place without driver many students are going school by buses and van without driver students are not able to going school. there are many difficulty face by without driver. Driverless future is become unemployed and create problems for rural area people and students.

On the other hand, advantages of diverless future is very less because no more advantages. Without driver people are spent time with famliy and also done there work , job from home. Students have online classes because in future technology increase students done there study by online classes. No more advantages of the diverless future, but future is possible without driver because many people have own vehicles and go easily anywhere from personal vehicals, and less pollution and traffic less city are developed. For instance, many pollution and traffic are create from buses and trucks in future there is no driver city become easy and less traffic and free from noises, and people are easily go anywhere anytime without waiting for buses at the time .

To conclude, the driverless vehicles have many disadvantanges and many problmes are created. disadvatages outweight from advantages. driverless future is littlebit diffult to survive.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You give a clear overall view that the disadvantages outweigh the advantages, especially in the conclusion, and you discuss relevant effects on employment, rural residents and students. However, the position is not consistently clear: the opening says driverless travel “has disadvantages” but then refers to advantages for teenagers, and the body does not explain that point. Several claims are asserted rather than developed, such as transport workers becoming unemployed and buses being unusable; explain how driverless technology would affect these groups and distinguish driverless operation from the vehicles themselves disappearing. The advantages paragraph also introduces working from home, online classes, reduced pollution and traffic without clearly showing which are caused by driverless vehicles. The response therefore addresses the question only partially, with ideas that remain limited or unclear.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response has an identifiable introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the paragraph beginning “On the other hand” signals a shift to advantages. However, progression within paragraphs is difficult to follow: the first body paragraph moves from unemployment to vehicle sales, rural travel and students without clear links between these points. Connectors such as “Because of,” “For example” and “On the other hand” are sometimes used mechanically or do not make the relationship between ideas clear. Repetition of “without driver” and “driverless future” also limits cohesion, while references such as “this time” and “there are many difficulty” are unclear. Group related points, use clearer topic sentences, and explain each example before moving to the next idea.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some task-related vocabulary, including “transportation system,” “unemployed,” “rural area,” “pollution” and “traffic,” so the reader can identify the main subject and several relevant concerns. However, the range is limited and key expressions are repeated, particularly “without driver” and “driverless future.” Frequent spelling and word-choice errors—such as “belive,” “advatages,” “vehicals” and “disadvatanges”—make the writing less clear. Some combinations are also unnatural, for example “poverty line” where you mean that people are living in poverty, and “free from noises.” Build a more precise set of terms for automation, employment and road safety, and check spelling and collocations so your ideas are easier to understand.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons and examples, but control is inconsistent. Many sentences contain errors that make the relationships between ideas difficult to follow, as in “I belive that the without driver it has disadvantages” and “many students are going school by buses.” Verb forms, agreement and sentence construction are often faulty; for example, “people are spent time” and “the company fall down.” Punctuation and sentence boundaries also need attention: several ideas are joined into long strings, while the conclusion begins with lowercase sentence starts. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses with “because” or “although.” Use full stops to separate complete ideas and check tense and agreement.
