Student answer (Band 5.5)
Traveling is a main factor of human life. Every person need a vehicle that let go to anywhere. Some people believe that in the future all cars, buses and trucks will be driverless. I partly agree with that advantages of driverless vehicles outwight the disadvantages but is is not right to say that there are completly no disadvantages.
On the one hand, it is a big advantage of driverless vehicle is less chances of accidents. The people who tired easily move one place to other without driving. The other benifit of this, disable people can travel without any help for driving. Then, people has save time that spent on driving and use that time to work and study. There are many kind of machinery use in the vehicles that can analyise the other vehicle far away and set the breaks according that. It is a helpful to reduse the chances of accidents.
On the other hand, there are many disadvantages. One of them is problem in the vehicle function that increase the chances of accident and put the life of man in denger. The other major disadvantage is, it can make the reason of luxirious technology and those people can not afford them. The driverless vehicle can make the problem for drivers because from that driver lose their job and their life can become tough.
To conclude, there are advantages are more than disadvantages. people move easily one place to other place and can do study and work in the way. Automatic vehicle has more machinery that analyise the other vehicle and set the function according that vehicle. There are some disadvantages. People life would in danger from any problem into the function. Driverless vehicles is good if they are follow the saftey rules and gorment should checked before the use.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both sides of the question and give a clear overall view: you say the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, while acknowledging that driverless vehicles are not without risks. Relevant benefits include fewer accidents, greater independence for disabled people, and time for passengers to work or study. You also identify possible technical failures, affordability, and job losses. However, some points are asserted rather than explained: for example, the link between driverless technology and fewer accidents needs clearer reasoning, and the affordability point is difficult to follow. Develop these ideas with specific explanations or examples, and make your position more consistent: the introduction says you “partly agree,” while the conclusion gives a firmer judgement. The response meets the task’s length requirement; 11 words copied from the prompt were excluded from the count.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for advantages and disadvantages, and a conclusion. “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” help signal the contrast, and the main ideas are generally presented in a sensible order. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. For instance, “The other benefit of this” does not clearly identify the benefit being referred to, and “Then” is not a precise link between the points about accessibility and saved time. The conclusion repeats earlier claims rather than bringing them together, and its final safety condition is not clearly connected to the overall comparison. Use clearer referencing and transitions, and ensure each paragraph develops one connected line of reasoning.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “driverless,” “accidents,” “technology,” “afford,” and “safety rules.” There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “analyse the other vehicle” and “lose their job.” However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the response harder to understand, including “outwight,” “benifit,” “denger,” and “luxirious technology.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “the reason of” and “set the breaks according that.” Aim to learn accurate collocations for discussing safety, employment, and cost, and check spelling carefully. More precise vocabulary would make your arguments clearer and less repetitive.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional idea in “if they are follow the safety rules” and a relative clause in “people who tired easily.” This shows an effort to vary sentence structure, but some errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction remain. Examples include “Every person need,” “people has save time,” and “there are advantages are more than disadvantages.” The sentence “The people who tired easily move one place to other” is also difficult to interpret because the clause is incomplete and the surrounding structure is unclear. Practise forming accurate subject–verb patterns and complete clauses, then proofread for missing verbs and articles. Greater control of these structures would make your meaning easier to follow.
