Student answer (Band 5.0)
In today's world of a tech, every day there is a new inovation which surpass old news. Nowday's the topic of driverless vehicles have a become popular. In the future all cars, buses and trucks will be driverless and the only people inside thess are passengers . In my prespective, i think the advantages of driverless vehicles are more instead of disadvantages.
To begin with, one of the main reasons is that it gives us freedom of self driving . For example , Telsa team already started RN&D on this technology to provide there users as soon as possible. Meanwhile, if we see in our daily lifes we don't have some much time for driving instead if we just sitting on the back seat and relax, it's more convinent for us.
Another important point is can people trust on driverless vehicles? we should need to promote this new technology. For example, we give them free test rides and ask users about feedback. Meanwhile, it requires lot of time for developing trust as we seen in past like drones. There is an other example, when microwave was introducted , many people thinks it's not safe for our health but if we see today every home have microwave , which is almost in daily use for heating and cooking food.
In conclusion, I think so we should test new technologies if we think it help us in future then we should promote too . Also in starting , there is always a negtive prespective but in end it will become useful with lot of advantages .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a clear overall view that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and you offer relevant points about convenience and public trust. However, the response only partially answers the comparison in the question: it does not explain specific disadvantages of driverless vehicles or weigh them against the benefits. The claim that passengers can “sit on the back seat and relax” is relevant, but it needs fuller explanation, such as how automation could reduce fatigue or improve access for people unable to drive. The Tesla, drone and microwave examples mainly discuss developing trust in technology rather than the particular risks and benefits of driverless transport. Develop both sides and make the reasons for your final judgement more explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “To begin with” and “In conclusion” help identify the stages of the argument. However, progression within the body paragraphs is uneven. The second paragraph shifts from convenience to whether people can trust the technology, then moves to drones and microwaves, so the connection to driverless vehicles becomes less clear. “Meanwhile” is repeated and does not always show the relationship between ideas. The conclusion repeats the general position but does not bring together the main reasons. Group each paragraph around one clear point, use linking phrases that express the actual relationship between ideas, and connect examples directly to the argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “driverless vehicles,” “technology,” “feedback” and “advantages,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or spellings make the writing less clear or natural. Examples include “a tech,” “new inovation,” “self driving,” “daily lifes” and “negative prespective.” Some phrases are also awkward, such as “freedom of self driving” and “promote this new technology.” Aim for precise transport-related terms and check spelling and collocations. For instance, explain whether automation offers greater convenience, mobility or safety, rather than relying on broad phrases such as “lot of advantages.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including a conditional structure in “if we just sitting on the back seat and relax,” but errors in these attempts are frequent and sometimes make the intended meaning harder to follow. For example, “the topic … have a become popular” has problems with subject–verb agreement and verb form, while “many people thinks” and “every home have” also show agreement errors. Articles and sentence boundaries need attention in phrases such as “In today's world of a tech” and “Another important point is can people trust…?” Capitalisation and punctuation are inconsistent as well. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a correctly formed supporting clause before adding more complex structures.
