Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is predicted that vehicles such as cars, buses and trucks will eventually become fully autonomous, with people travelling only as passengers. However, i believe that it is not a good deveoplment for people due to lack of safty and numerous people loss their jobs. This eassy will be provide the demerits of this issue in looming paragraphs.
To commence with, there are some negitive points of driverless vehicles. First and foremost that, it vehicles are provide lack of safty. To explain more, vehicles are control by machines which are totally dependent on batteries or electricity, sometimes during travelling if batter or electricity shows any error in between roads or hit on any other cars which is reason of accidents. For example, robots are made by people but if any part of robot damage it will be uncontrolled. Thus, people should not totally relay on machines because it is very dangous in some cases.
Furthermore, second big reason of driverless vehicles because it would be job loss reason of everyone. In other words, alot of people are work as a driver for many companies, Therefore, if driverless vehicles are made people life difficult as well as they are surffing with poverty problems and sometimes they could be involved in crime for fullfil their basic needs. For example, unemployment is the main cause of crime bacuse many people are not able to work in companies. As a result, vehicles are resouce of money for people but driverless vehicles are not good deveoplment for them.
In conclusion, i give two main reasons why driverless vehicles are not good for people due to lack of safty and job loss for masses.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you argue that driverless vehicles have more disadvantages, focusing on safety risks and job losses. Both points are relevant, and you try to support them with examples, such as a vehicle malfunctioning and drivers losing work. However, the response only partly addresses the question because it does not explain or weigh any advantages against these disadvantages. The safety point is also based mainly on a hypothetical battery or electricity failure, while the employment point makes broad claims about poverty and crime without showing how likely these outcomes are. To develop the response further, briefly acknowledge a benefit, then explain why your two disadvantages outweigh it, using more specific and carefully reasoned support.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting separate disadvantages, and a conclusion that restates your position. Sequencing phrases such as “To commence with,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” help signal these stages. However, some linking is mechanical, and connections within sentences are not always clear. For example, “First and foremost that” does not lead smoothly into the next idea, and “Therefore” is capitalised after a comma. The conclusion repeats the two reasons but does not bring the argument together by explaining why they outweigh possible benefits. Use simpler, more natural transitions and make the relationship between each claim, explanation, and example explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “fully autonomous,” “passengers,” “unemployment,” and “poverty,” which helps communicate the subject and your main concerns. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts of the argument difficult to follow, such as “vehicles are provide lack of safty,” “job loss reason of everyone,” and “vehicles are resouce of money.” Spelling errors, including “deveoplment,” “negitive,” and “dangous,” also reduce accuracy. Aim to learn useful topic phrases as complete units, such as “pose a safety risk” and “lead to job displacement,” and check spelling carefully. More precise vocabulary would make your ideas clearer and more convincing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer sentences to explain causes and consequences, and the reader can generally identify your main position. However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and complex attempts are often faulty. For example, “First and foremost that, it vehicles are provide…” has problems with clause structure and verb form, while “alot of people are work as a driver” does not form a correct present-tense sentence. There are also recurring issues with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries, as in “if any part of robot damage it will be uncontrolled.” Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with clauses using “because,” “if,” and “which.” Check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
