Should people do these things themselves?

Student answer (Band 5.0)

creating job for people is a wonderful thing and it will help them to be independent

as a creere woman i think asking someone to help you do you house work is good because it will relife you of some stress when you get back from your office you will have time to rest and do the rememing chores.

however in case where by she is a house wife, she have no business employing a house keeper to do the job for her, this is because she has the time to do those work and also take good care of her children

in most case the independent woman now have a way to take care of their kids by enrolling them in a school where they take good care of the baby which is called creces and aslo have some one who come to asisst her on a weekend day to do the house work.

these are my reason why the working class mother should empoly a help

it will mke them to have time for them selfs and not be stress out, because when you over stress you self you look older than your age

from my own experience, i will say that employing someone to help you

things that you do not want to do is a means of creating job opporities for them ,I once had a friend who is married with three kids, she belives that she can do all the chores at home and still runs her business even when one try to offer a helping hand she refese at the end she ended up at the hosiptal and the doctor told her that all is need is rest if not she will not make

she have no choice but to empoly a help

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both questions and maintain a clear view that hiring help can create jobs and benefit busy working mothers, while people with more time, such as a housewife, can do the work themselves. The example of your friend, who became ill after trying to manage her business and household alone, is relevant support for your position. However, some points are asserted rather than fully explained: for instance, the claim that a housewife should not employ help could acknowledge circumstances such as childcare demands or illness. The discussion of childcare centres also shifts attention from hiring someone to do household tasks. Develop each reason more evenly and explain the limits of your position to make the response more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response has a recognisable overall direction: it introduces the benefits of paid help, contrasts this with the situation of a housewife, and ends with a personal example. Connectors such as “however,” “because,” and “from my own experience” help signal relationships between ideas. However, the ideas are crowded into long, loosely connected stretches, and the progression is difficult to follow. The point about enrolling children in school appears between the discussion of housewives and the conclusion about working mothers without a clear link. Several ideas are repeated, especially that help creates jobs and reduces stress. Use clear paragraphs for your position, the contrasting case, and your example, and make each paragraph develop one main point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “independent,” “house work,” “stress,” “chores,” and “creating job opportunities.” These choices make your main ideas understandable, and phrases such as “working class mother” show an attempt to describe a specific group. However, the range is limited and several expressions are inaccurate or awkward, including “creere woman,” “rememing chores,” and “do you house work.” Spelling errors such as “relife,” “creces,” and “hosiptal” also make the reader work harder to interpret parts of the response. Build a more precise set of topic phrases and check spelling; for example, use “working woman,” “household responsibilities,” and “childcare centre” where appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a reason clause beginning “because” and a conditional structure in “if not she will not make.” This shows some ability to connect ideas in complex sentences. However, control is inconsistent, particularly with subject–verb agreement, verb forms, and sentence boundaries. Examples include “she have no business,” “she belives that she can do all the chores … and still runs her business,” and the long sentence beginning “I once had a friend” that runs through several ideas without clear punctuation. Some missing or incorrect articles and pronouns also affect clarity. Practise accurate agreement and verb patterns, and divide long sentences into shorter, complete units with clear punctuation.
