Student answer (Band 7.0)
Sometimes individuals hire others to do their different chores that they cannot do because sometimes they may have to prioritize other works over these tasks and sometimes they just do not want to do it due to numerous valid reasons. In my perspective this is one of the best ways to provide employment to the needy person. In the upcoming paragraphs I will evaluate and give reasons that how this is a better way to give work to others and whether people should do these things by themselves or not.
To commence with, this is one of the best way to give work to others. But before that we need to understand that why this situation arise. I will explain this all by the help of the example. For instance, a mother just gave birth to a child due to which she need extra rest and take care of her infant as well. This is daunting task and demand someone's assistance for the smooth flow of work. She hire someone who can provide aid to her to perform various chores of the house. consequently, other lady also find an employment and mother and baby can rest. Even later on when mother will start her work again she needs a nanny to look after for the child. In this way one person can provide job to other.
I don't believe that people should do these works by themselves. By hiring others they can focus on their career and do their work while others will also get to benefit of getting job. Hence this will be the win win option for both of them. Furthermore, in this way everyone will contribute to the economy and live their happy and independent life. The best suitable example of these work is Childcare and day care centers. Where teachers look after the children and parents can happily go on their work without worrying of their children. Health reasons could be also one of them as sometime elderly and physically challenged person cannot do their work.
In conclusion it is a better way to give employment others while performing your job because sometimes it is challenging to balance work and home life together especially for women. This is win win opportunity and positive approach.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of providing employment and the question of whether people should perform these tasks themselves. The position is clear throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat repetitive. For instance, the argument about 'win-win' situations is mentioned in both the second and third paragraphs without significant new insight. To reach a higher band, you should provide more nuanced examples or explore potential counter-arguments, such as the loss of personal autonomy or the potential for social inequality, to demonstrate a more sophisticated engagement with the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0
The essay is logically organized with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate ideas. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or repetitive (e.g., 'In this way' is used multiple times). Additionally, some transitions between sentences feel slightly abrupt, such as the shift from the childcare example to the mention of elderly and physically challenged persons in the same paragraph. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring smoother transitions between sentences would enhance the flow of the argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express ideas clearly. There are some attempts at topic-specific vocabulary, such as 'employment' and 'daunting task'. However, the range is somewhat limited, and there is a reliance on basic phrasing. Some collocations are slightly unnatural, such as 'give work to others' (better: 'create employment opportunities') or 'do these works' (better: 'perform these tasks'). Expanding your range of synonyms and focusing on more precise collocations would help elevate your lexical score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'she need extra rest', 'She hire someone') and article usage. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with some missing commas in complex sentences. While these errors do not impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and ensuring consistent verb tense usage will significantly improve your accuracy.
