Student answer (Band 6.5)
I believe paying people to do somethings that we really don't want to do, or not having enough time to finish is completely normal. There are several reasons such as busy lifestyles, time consuming, health issues, poverty, and more.
Firstly, we are living in a hectic life where people sometimes could not balance their work and life. For example, IT professionals are getting good amount salary by sacrificing their entire life time for that particular job. In that cases, they have to solely depend on their maids or babysitters to lookafter their children and help them to finish their households things.
Another reason is, it can be to health problems. Most of the people depend on medicine and they dont have enough energy to take care of their home. Moreover, some of them are not interested to do the household chores. For instance, people can afford money for maids. Furthemore, it is also a good humanity for the poor people by giving jobs. There are lot of people who are suffering from poverty. By getting jobs can help them to balance their life as well.
In conclusion, paying for maids and babysitters for doing household chores or taking care of children are generally a normal thing. As it is a fast paced life, everyone try to make their work easier and comfortable. Therefore, in my opinion, I believe it is okay to provide work for others by giving these kind of jobs. Everyone need money and money matters a lot.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: whether it is a good way to provide work and whether people should do these things themselves. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention that it provides jobs for the poor, this point could be expanded with more specific examples or deeper analysis of the social impact. The position is clear throughout, but the arguments are occasionally repetitive, particularly in the conclusion. To reach a higher band, ensure that each paragraph introduces a distinct, well-supported point rather than restating the same general ideas about 'busy lifestyles' or 'money matters'.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'Another reason', and 'In conclusion' to guide the reader. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the use of referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'Another reason is, it can be to health problems.' The transition between the idea of 'IT professionals' and 'health problems' is a bit abrupt. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will enhance the overall coherence.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'hectic life', 'sacrificing', and 'fast paced'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'finish their households things' (should be 'household chores') and 'it is also a good humanity' (should be 'it is a humanitarian act' or 'it benefits society'). Some phrasing is repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'money' and 'jobs'. To improve, try to incorporate more precise synonyms and collocations related to employment and domestic responsibilities.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with subject-verb agreement ('Everyone need money'), article usage, and prepositional phrases ('In that cases'). There are also issues with sentence construction, such as 'By getting jobs can help them', which lacks a clear subject. While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your argument, they occur frequently enough to impact the overall fluency. Focusing on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and sentence structure will help improve your score.
