Student answer (Band 6.5)
It is often argued that getting your work done from someone else is good, while others are opposite of it. However, some believe that it provides employment to people, others claim that everyone should do it by themselves. I will explain both the views in the following paragraphs as both aspects have their own significance.
To begin with, first and foremost, nowadays both parents are working. Due to their hectic schedule, sometimes they do not get time for household chores. To explain it, because of it, there are number of cleaning companies establish which gave employment to many people. Additionally, since they are working, they hire babysitter for their kids. This idea is not only provide work to others but also beneficial in their busy schedule. Therefore, if people do not get time to finish their tasks, hiring someone is a great way to help others by giving job.
On the other hand, a large proportion hold a view that it should done by themselves. The main reason is that they might do not clean house properly or take care of child in a better way than you. Sometimes workers underpaid, they do not try do there job in a proper way. For example, in reccession, most people tend to to job below the minimum wage due to job loss. Thus, they try to neglect their job duties and do not complete in a proper way. Furthermore, hiring someone for taking care of baby is not good due to safety concerns. Because we do not know anything about others to whom we are giving this job.
Overall, giving job to others is a better due to less time, I firmly believe that we should try to do it themselevs as much as we can . If it is neccessary, we should do proper documentation.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of providing employment and the personal responsibility of doing chores. The position is clear, though the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding 'recession' and 'underpaid workers' is a relevant point but lacks depth in its explanation. The conclusion is slightly contradictory, as it acknowledges the benefits of hiring others but then pivots to a personal preference for doing things oneself without fully reconciling these two perspectives. To reach a higher band, ensure that each supporting point is fully explored with more specific examples or logical consequences.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, and there is a logical progression of ideas. Cohesive devices such as 'To begin with', 'Additionally', 'On the other hand', and 'Furthermore' are used to link sentences and paragraphs. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and there are instances where the flow is interrupted by grammatical errors or awkward phrasing, such as 'getting your work done from someone else'. The use of referencing is generally clear, but the overall structure could benefit from more sophisticated linking words to improve the flow between the two main arguments.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to convey their meaning clearly. There are some attempts at less common vocabulary, such as 'hectic schedule' and 'recession', which is positive. However, there are several instances of imprecise word choice and collocation errors, such as 'getting your work done from someone else' (instead of 'outsourcing tasks') and 'giving job' (instead of 'providing employment'). Spelling errors like 'reccession' and 'themselevs' also occur. To improve, focus on learning collocations and ensuring that words are used in their correct context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the reader's understanding. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('there are number of cleaning companies establish'), missing articles ('hire babysitter'), and awkward phrasing ('they might do not clean house properly'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are errors in sentence construction that affect the overall accuracy. To achieve a higher score, the writer needs to demonstrate better control over complex structures and reduce the frequency of basic grammatical slips.
