Student answer (Band 6.5)
The topic is about paying other people to do our work, such as cleaning the house, cooking food, or looking after children.
In my opinion, it is a good way to provide work for other people. Many people do not have enough time because they are busy with their jobs or studies. They can pay someone to help them with household work. This also give jobs to people who need money.
However, I think people should do some things by themselves. For example, parents should spend time with their children because children need love and attention from their parents. People can do small household works themselves if they have enough time.
In conclusion, paying someone to do household work is a good idea because it provide employment to others and save our time. As some persons or house hold really need work to run the home , by providing work to them and paying them we are indeeed helping them in a gpod way . In my opinion it is a good thind to provide work to others and pay them according to the commitment. But people should also do some responsibilities themselves because putting all the responsibilities on household is also not good . As it distract them from their home duties .My aunt was working as a professor in a school, but she don't have enough time to manage her home and school together. So, she has kept a house help who help her in doing household work. The house help also need work and my aunt pay her accordingly. In this way, my aunt can manage her school and home, and the house help also get a job and earn money.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the economic benefit of providing work and the personal responsibility of performing tasks. However, the development is somewhat uneven. While you provide a clear opinion, some points are repetitive, particularly in the conclusion where you restate the economic argument multiple times. The example of your aunt is relevant and helps illustrate your point, but the overall structure lacks a sophisticated depth of argument. To reach a higher band, ensure that each paragraph introduces a distinct, well-supported idea rather than circling back to the same points.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and occasionally repetitive (e.g., 'In this way', 'In my opinion'). The transition between the introduction and the body paragraphs is clear, but the flow within the conclusion is hindered by redundant phrasing. Additionally, some sentences are slightly disjointed, such as the sudden shift to the aunt's example at the very end of the essay. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring a smoother logical progression between sentences would enhance the coherence.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.5
You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to communicate your ideas clearly, such as 'employment', 'responsibilities', and 'commitment'. However, there are instances of word-choice errors and minor spelling mistakes, such as 'gpod' instead of 'good' and 'thind' instead of 'thing'. The vocabulary is generally functional but lacks the precision and variety required for higher bands. You tend to rely on simple, repetitive phrasing. To improve, try to incorporate more sophisticated synonyms and ensure that your word choices are consistently accurate throughout the text.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While your meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'This also give jobs', 'it provide employment', 'she don't have enough time'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with some spacing issues around commas and periods. While these errors do not impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on proofreading for basic agreement and tense consistency will significantly improve the accuracy of your writing.
