Student answer (Band 6.5)
There is no second thought that in the recent times, managing both work and family is getting harder. It is conveyed that, sometimes we are busy it is prefer to call somebody for doing the household work and call someone to look after the children if we don't have time to do or if we are dislike doing that work. Both the questions have their own answers. All together will be discussed further in the upcoming paragraphs along with the relevant justifications.
To begin with, according to my perspective it is a good option to call someone for the work if we are not able to do as these will provide the employment to the people who are looking for this kind of work. Because there are majority of people who are not educated and have skills like doing cleaning and taking caring of the old ones this is very better way for them to find the work. This will provide them the opportunity to earn on themselves and spend on their needs. Apart from that, for instance, sometimes if we had lot of work load from the workplace it is the best option to call someone for help as this will allow us more time to get relax and and spare sometime with the loved ones.
Focusing on the second question, if the time permits individuals should prefer do those kind of on their own as this will give them sense of relief after they are done will all the house hold work. By doing household chores on their own they will get idea of managing work, family and financial aspects and because of this they might also perform better in future without any ones need. Moreover, when they will take care of thier own children it will make their bond stronger and will improve their relationship.
To conclude, it can be commented that, if the time does not persist we should call someone for work as this is help us and will help others. Also if we are free then we should not rely on other for doing our work rather we should do on our own.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of providing work for others and the value of performing tasks oneself. The position is clear throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat basic. For instance, the argument regarding employment is valid but could be extended with more specific examples or deeper analysis of the economic or social implications. The conclusion is a bit repetitive and lacks a strong summary of the main points. Overall, the response covers all requirements of the task, but the depth of argumentation is limited, which prevents it from reaching the higher bands.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'To begin with', 'Apart from that', and 'To conclude', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions are mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'All together will be discussed further'. Additionally, there are instances where the flow is interrupted by grammatical errors or awkward phrasing, such as 'if the time does not persist'. While the overall progression is logical, the use of cohesive devices is not always flexible or natural, which is a characteristic of the Band 6 level.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express their ideas clearly. There are some attempts at less common vocabulary, such as 'justifications' and 'financial aspects'. However, there are several instances of imprecise word choice and collocation errors, such as 'if the time does not persist' (instead of 'if time does not permit') and 'earn on themselves' (instead of 'earn a living'). These errors do not impede communication, but they demonstrate a limited range and a lack of precision, which is consistent with a Band 6 score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('there are majority of people'), article usage, and awkward phrasing ('if we are dislike doing that work'). While the meaning is generally clear, these errors are noticeable and occur frequently. The control over complex structures is inconsistent, and the punctuation is occasionally faulty. Because the errors are frequent and sometimes distract from the flow, the score reflects a Band 5.5, rounded up to 6.0 for the attempt at complex structures.
