The first and foremost thing is hiring someone who needs money. It is a part of their journey to get some money for feeding their family. I believe that it is a better way in order to give work for needy members of society. The most crucial reason is that Education. People with lower level of education are not getting a high paid jobs. Therefore, it is a good opportunity for them with the aim of obtaining a good amount of dollars.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of providing work for others and the reasons why people should perform chores themselves. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention that hiring others helps the needy, the explanation remains quite general. Similarly, the argument for doing chores oneself is supported by the idea of family bonding and saving money, but these points could be expanded with more specific examples or deeper analysis. The position is clear throughout, but the overall depth of the argument is more consistent with a Band 6 level, as some points are under-developed.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use some cohesive devices such as 'The first and foremost thing', 'The second thing', and 'Moreover' to link ideas. However, the progression between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the use of cohesive devices is occasionally repetitive or slightly unnatural. For instance, the transition between the idea of hiring others and the importance of parental care is abrupt. Paragraphing is used appropriately, but the internal flow within paragraphs could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and better referencing to connect ideas more fluidly.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, such as 'nurturing', 'materialistic', and 'responsibilities'. However, there are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice, such as 'get a good money', 'young generations' (when referring to children), and 'doing all the types of household chores'. These errors do not impede communication, but they do limit the precision of your writing. To reach a higher band, focus on more natural collocations and avoid repetitive phrasing like 'good money' or 'good relationship'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('People has become', 'each and every citizens'), article misuse ('In these busy world'), and awkward sentence construction ('If someone is likely to complete different kinds of chores by their own'). While these errors are noticeable and occur regularly, they rarely prevent the reader from understanding your intended meaning. To improve, pay closer attention to pluralization, subject-verb agreement, and the correct use of prepositions.
