In this contemporary era, where we have a lot of facilities which we can use, now it's very common to have a helper for household chores and a babysitter. Which is providing comfort and job opportunities as well.

To begin with advantages, this practice is providing a lot of job opportunity to the people looking for job that does not require as much study as office job requires, which is a good point. This not only provides employment chance with is there is increase in GDP Growth of a country where many people are earning and making a crucial role in country's growth as well. In today's busy life many professionals do not have much time to perform their household chores as well as it saves a lot of their time and providing them a comfort life.

Despite these advantages, I believe that people should still carry out certain responsibilities on their own. This is because such tasks like taking care of their children, making them food and helping their child for studies and having vision their speaking and growth is very crucial for parents in this modern world. Moreover, doing these activities independently can reduce unnecessary expenses and prevent excessive reliance on hired help. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of hiring help and the necessity of personal involvement. The position is clear throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the link between hiring domestic help and national GDP growth is a bit tenuous and lacks specific explanation. The discussion on why parents should perform tasks themselves is more convincing but could be further extended with concrete examples of how this impacts child development. Overall, the response covers all requirements, but the depth of analysis is consistent with a mid-range band score.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs. There is a progression of ideas from the advantages of hiring help to the counter-argument regarding personal responsibility. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'To begin with', 'Despite these advantages', and 'In conclusion', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions are slightly mechanical or awkward, such as 'By this Parents can look for their wards'. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, and the flow between sentences within paragraphs could be smoother to achieve a higher level of cohesion.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express their ideas clearly. There are attempts to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'employment opportunities', 'household chores', and 'professional'. However, the range is somewhat limited, and there are instances of imprecise word choice or awkward collocations, such as 'providing a comfort life' instead of 'a comfortable life' and 'having vision their speaking and growth'. To improve, the student should focus on more natural collocations and a wider variety of academic vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with articles ('the country's growth'), subject-verb agreement, and sentence fragments ('Which is providing comfort...'). Some sentences are clunky, such as 'employment chance with is there is increase in GDP Growth'. These errors are noticeable and occasionally distract the reader, though they do not prevent communication. A greater focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and refining complex sentence structures would help elevate the score.
