Student answer (Band 6.0)
Its true that sometimes it is possible to pay somebody to do things which we don't want to do, or don't have time to do. I believe that yes, it is a good way to provide work to other people because our economy is facing recession because of which many people are getting lay offed from their works due to which unemployment rate is increasing and many people are trying to find work around them. Giving household chores to them which we are unable to do can help them in their survival. Sometimes new mothers who doesn't live with extended families also face problems in taking care of their children. By hiring people, they can feel ease. Even we can offer tips and good salary to such people through which they can also feel supported and satisfied from the work. I know a girl who moved from another country and came for studies in Canada. everything was new for here because of which she was struggling in finding a job and she was unable to manage here expenses. Looking at here situation, her landlord offered her to manage fer household chores and the landlord gave her a good amount to help her.
According to me, yes, people should do these things by themselves but if one doesn't have enough time to do such tasks then there is no harm to appoint people who can help them in such things. In addition, it will help someone to earn better and feel supported.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: whether it is a good way to provide work and whether people should do these tasks themselves. However, the development is somewhat limited. While you provide a personal example, the arguments regarding the economic benefits and the personal necessity of hiring help are quite brief. To reach a higher band, you should expand on the implications of these points—for example, discussing the long-term societal impact of outsourcing domestic labor or the psychological benefits of self-reliance. The position is clear, but the supporting ideas lack depth and could be more thoroughly explored to fully satisfy the requirements of the task.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into two main paragraphs, but the structure is quite basic. There is a lack of clear transition between the two parts of the prompt, making the progression of ideas feel somewhat abrupt. While you use some cohesive devices like 'In addition' and 'According to me', the flow is occasionally hindered by repetitive sentence structures and a lack of varied linking words. Paragraphing is present, but the internal logic within the paragraphs could be improved by using more sophisticated signposting to guide the reader through your arguments more effectively.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on common, everyday language such as 'things', 'good way', and 'help'. There are also some noticeable errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'getting lay offed' (should be 'being laid off') and 'feel ease' (should be 'feel at ease'). To improve, focus on using more precise terminology related to employment and domestic management, and ensure that your word choices are grammatically and contextually accurate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Examples include 'new mothers who doesn't live' (subject-verb agreement error), 'everything was new for here' (incorrect pronoun usage), and 'manage fer household' (spelling/typo). While the meaning is generally clear, these persistent errors in basic grammar and punctuation prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. You should focus on proofreading for subject-verb agreement, pronoun consistency, and basic spelling to improve your accuracy.
