Student answer (Band 6.0)
Every work has a value. And working for a sort of work which brings money is nothing wrong. Delegating tasks is a other sort of intelligence rather than overwhelming ourselves with multitasking whether its household chores or finding a caretaker for your kids. Lets discuss this further with more depth of understanding.
If we talk about if it is a right choice to find work for others, than it is definately yes! it is because you may find experts out there who know better than you to handle things carefully and have expertise in doing it well. whereas, designated professionals may teach you how to deal with that specific thing rightly for example, cleaning stove with respective chemicals. However it may help a person to lower down their burden of tackling all other things all together.
Adding to it, i recently started my own business of henna temporary tattoo. While working on it i found i need to built a social media which may bring clients to me. For that i have to make content and stay consistent to it so i can stick to the algorithm. I had no time for it, as i have a full time job too. So i started looking for a assistant who can manage my profile and have a good knowledge of content creation by that i could only focus on dealing with clients directly. And somehow i payed him to handle my account. There i found a perfect example of delegating work to respective person in that field by removing extra burden on my shoulders.
To the conclusion, yes i believe that we can distribute our work to someone by paying their respected cost so it brings peace to our lives and stay stressfree at same time. Does not matter if its a smalest work at home or at workplace. Delegating boosts the work and power.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of providing work for others and the question of whether people should perform these tasks themselves. However, the development is somewhat uneven. The argument for providing work is supported by the idea of professional expertise, but the discussion on whether people should do things themselves is less balanced, focusing primarily on personal convenience rather than a deeper exploration of the social or personal implications. The position is clear, but the ideas could be extended further to reach a higher band. The conclusion is brief and slightly repetitive of the introduction.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the progression of ideas. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'However', 'Adding to it', and 'To the conclusion', though some transitions feel a bit mechanical or forced. The referencing is generally clear, but there are instances where the flow between sentences is slightly disjointed, particularly in the second paragraph. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the introduction, body, and conclusion, which provides a clear structure for the reader.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express their ideas clearly. There are attempts to use less common vocabulary, such as 'delegating', 'expertise', and 'designated professionals'. However, there are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'working for a sort of work', 'lower down their burden', and 'payed him'. These errors do not impede communication, but they do limit the precision and sophistication of the writing. Spelling errors like 'smalest' also detract from the overall quality.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include 'is a other sort of intelligence', 'if we talk about if it is a right choice', and 'I need to built'. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with some run-on sentences and missing commas. While the writer attempts complex structures, these are often marred by errors in verb tense, article usage, and subject-verb agreement. The errors are noticeable but do not prevent the reader from understanding the main points.
