Student answer (Band 6.0)
According to the current scenario, it is irrefutable to say that, spending money for our own comfort is not a bad thing. Although myriad reckon that, rather than wasting money on things, one has to do the job by their own. By and large, I would like to contradict the rendered perspective of doing things by our own even though we don't have a time. My inclination, to back by my stance would be discussed in the consequent paragraphs.
In this paragraph, I would like to throw light on the constructive facet of the notion of choosing facilities. By this i would like to say that, there is no harm in paying for the things we do not want to do. This can be better interpreted by an example. If a person has a health issue, He or She can not do household duties. At that time we need someone who can work for us. Not only that but also for take care of our children we need someone. Another striking benefit is we can focus on our work. By this I mean to say that, if we have maid at home, we can focus on our goal or job. For an example, I am an actress. I have to children. I am ready to shoot at any location and dates because I have a person who can take care of all other things. Moreover, It create job opportunity for all class of people of the country. Additionally, We can earn more for the better future of our children.
On the other Hand, there are few drawbacks of having excess facilities in our life. The mainspring is that we will depend on someone for everything even though it is a small thing. For an instance, My sister has a servant at home. Now she become very lazy and gain some weight. Another effect is that, we can not fully trust on someone for our children.
To consummate, with reference to everything discussed in the above mentioned paragraphs, I pen down saying that it is okay to spend money for your own good but sometimes it can be ended very badly.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the economic benefit of providing work and the personal necessity of doing chores oneself. The position is clear throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. While the benefits of hiring help are well-supported with examples like the actress scenario, the counter-argument regarding the drawbacks is less developed and relies on anecdotal evidence. To reach a higher band, ensure that both sides of the argument are explored with equal depth and that the conclusion synthesizes the points rather than just summarizing them.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Moreover', 'Additionally', and 'On the other Hand', though some transitions feel slightly mechanical or repetitive. The referencing is generally clear, although some sentences are slightly disjointed due to awkward phrasing. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the introduction, body, and conclusion. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that sentences flow more naturally into one another to create a more cohesive text.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express their ideas clearly. There are attempts to use less common vocabulary, such as 'irrefutable', 'myriad', and 'mainspring', though some of these are used slightly inaccurately or in unnatural collocations (e.g., 'mainspring' is used incorrectly here). There are also some minor errors in word choice, such as 'for take care of' instead of 'to take care of'. To improve, focus on learning the precise context in which more sophisticated words are used and ensure collocations are natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with articles ('a maid', 'a person'), verb forms ('she become' instead of 'she became'), and sentence construction ('I have to children'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary commas and capitalization issues. While these errors do not significantly impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and consistent tense usage would significantly improve the accuracy of the writing.
