Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this recent era, people hire someone to do things like household work or as a caretaker for their children because they are busy in their life or they do not like to do this type of work . I personally believe that this trend has both a positive and a negative sides which I am going to discuss in following paragraphs.
On the one hand, there are some positive sides. Firstly, Nowadays, a majority of couples are working round the clock due to that, they do not have time to do household chores as well as to take care of their children. If they hire someone to do their daily roughing's, it will help somebody to earn their bread and butter. Apart from this, their children can be under the serevilience of someone which helps a person to perform well at their workplace and to maintain a work life balance. In addition, people who are working as a caretaker and household helper they are fully trained and educated, So they know how to manage this type of work.
On the other hand, there are some negative effects of this trend. people who are working as a caretaker and household helper they work for money so they will not give a proper attention to children for their upbringing as compared to parents . As a result, it will affect on child's life.
Furthermore, I believe that people can pay somebody to do their daily roughting which will help a person to maintain their work life balance and someone can keep eye on their child as well which will help for child future. However, parents should give attention to their child on their dayoff to know more about their life.
To conclude, hiring someone will not only helpful for a person to balance their life but also it is beneficial for worker to maintain their life. but parents should give attention to their child as well on their dayoffs.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of providing work for others and the question of whether people should perform these tasks themselves. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention that hiring help provides employment and allows for better work-life balance, the arguments remain quite general. The discussion regarding whether people should do these things themselves is less developed, relying on a brief mention of parental attention. To reach a higher band, ensure that each point is supported by more specific examples or deeper analysis of the implications, rather than repeating the same points about work-life balance.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand', 'Furthermore', and 'To conclude'. However, the flow between sentences is occasionally mechanical, and some transitions feel repetitive. For instance, the phrase 'work life balance' is used multiple times in a way that feels slightly forced. Additionally, the referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the sentence 'it will help somebody to earn their bread and butter', where the connection to the previous clause could be smoother. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring smoother transitions would enhance the overall coherence.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but there are several instances of awkward phrasing and word-choice errors. Examples include 'daily roughing's' (likely meaning 'routines'), 'serevilience' (likely meaning 'surveillance'), and 'dayoff'. These errors occasionally distract the reader. While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'caretaker' and 'upbringing', the range is somewhat limited and repetitive. To improve, focus on using more precise terminology and ensure that your spelling is accurate, as these errors prevent the essay from reaching a higher band score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'people who are working... they work'), punctuation errors (e.g., unnecessary commas before 'So'), and awkward sentence construction. For example, 'it will affect on child's life' is grammatically incorrect; it should be 'it will affect the child's life'. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors suggests a need for more careful proofreading and a better grasp of basic sentence structure and preposition usage.
