Student answer (Band 6.5)
In this hectic time people often hire someone to do household chores or hire a nanny to look after their children as they might be struggling with their own work or might not have enough time to do this things.
First and foremost, I believe it is a good way of creating employment for others, by simply hiring someone who is better in these type of work. It can ease burden on parents and make life bit easier. Secondly, it may help children for better upbringing as someone would be there looking after them, when parents are not available for them. Moreover, this opportunity will help people in need who needs money for their expenses. For example, recently their was one startup company named Maid Moly which provides employment opportunity do to this work, to people who are in need or people who are retired but want to do some work. It had a very positive response from people who don't want to household or looking after their children or people who don't have enough time to do it. As this service was a good option for parents who are working professional or have very busy schedule.
I suggest if people have enough time after working then I think people should do this work by themselves. By doing household chores or taking care of their children may help in better wellbeing of both parents and children. It would make infants learn that it is necessary for them to do this work by themselves even if they are working, their parents would set an impression on them. So, in future they might have a positive attribute on doing this work.
In conclusion, I would say that this would be based on people's work life and time spend on work. If people are working 10 or 12 hours a day then it would be feasible option for them to hire someone to do this work which can generate employment to others who are in need, but if they have less work time then i would suggest they should do this work by themselves.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of creating employment and the question of whether people should perform these tasks themselves. The position is clear throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. While the argument regarding employment is supported by an example, the discussion on the benefits of doing chores oneself is less developed and relies on general assertions about 'wellbeing' and 'impressions' on children. To reach a higher band, the arguments could be extended with more specific reasoning or deeper analysis of the social implications of outsourcing domestic labor.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'First and foremost', 'Secondly', 'Moreover', and 'In conclusion', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and there are instances where the flow is interrupted by awkward phrasing, such as the transition into the example about 'Maid Moly'. The referencing is generally clear, but the logical progression within the third paragraph could be smoother to better connect the idea of parental modeling to the conclusion.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing the writer to convey their meaning clearly. There are some attempts at less common vocabulary, such as 'hectic', 'feasible', and 'upbringing'. However, there are also some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'do to this work' instead of 'to do this work' and 'don't want to household' instead of 'don't want to do household chores'. The range is sufficient to discuss the topic, but lacks the precision and flexibility required for a higher band score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with articles ('a very busy schedule'), verb forms ('someone who is better in these type of work'), and punctuation. Some sentences are slightly run-on or lack necessary prepositions. While these errors do not impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent the essay from reaching the 7.0 band, which requires more frequent error-free sentences and better control over complex structures.
