Student answer (Band 6.0)
Nowdays people do not like work so that's why they want to do work from others or they do not have time for doing work like household duties or taking care of children. I will explain everything in upcoming paragraphs.
On the one hand, It create jobs opportunities for unemployed people. In modern era, individuals are busy with their jobs so they do not have enough time. Some people do not have higher education but they have household skills like: cooking, babysitting, and so on. In this way they can earn good income by doing work in others home. For Instance, In many countries people hire servants or nanny for doing household works and take care of babies just because of their busy life style.
On the other hand, people should not totally depen on other for their personal responsibilties. Individuals should do household works by themselves. First reason is, if they taking care of thier children by self, they can develop lots of skills, which is learned by parents. Because they may strengthen their bond with their children. If I talking about household works so husband and wife should do works together with this they can spend time with each others, which is very beneficial for them. For example, In india people are busy but they spend time with their family by doing work like cooking, dishes.
In conclusion, although people provide job opportunities to others like taking care of children but they have to do few things by themselves, which will be good for them.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of providing work for others and the necessity of personal involvement in household tasks. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the argument regarding bonding with children is relevant but lacks depth. The introduction is quite informal and lacks a clear thesis statement, which limits the overall impact. To improve, you should aim to expand your supporting points with more detailed explanations or nuanced examples, ensuring that the connection between your arguments and the prompt is consistently clear throughout the essay.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand', 'On the other hand', and 'In conclusion' to signal shifts in your argument. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the use of referencing is occasionally unclear (e.g., 'which is learned by parents'). To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of cohesive devices and ensure that your pronouns and linking words connect ideas more fluidly rather than just acting as signposts at the start of paragraphs.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your meaning clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'unemployed', 'household skills', and 'income'. However, there is a reliance on simple, repetitive language, and some word choices are slightly unnatural, such as 'do work from others' instead of 'delegate tasks to others'. There are also minor errors in word formation and collocation. To improve, try to incorporate more precise academic vocabulary and collocations to express your ideas with greater sophistication and variety.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with subject-verb agreement ('It create jobs'), article usage ('In modern era'), and verb tense consistency ('If I talking about'). These errors are noticeable but do not significantly impede communication. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy, specifically ensuring that verbs agree with their subjects and that your sentence structures are grammatically sound. Increasing your use of error-free complex sentences will also help raise your score.
