Student answer (Band 6.0)
Nowadays it is became trend that people are getting busy in their jobs and social life that they often hire other people for doing small work such as household work or baby sitting work. For instance. In canada dog walker job is recently getting popular.
In today's world jobs are becoming longer than usual. Some jobs required to be present onsite for 8-10 hours. After working such long hours people often get tired. Becase of that people sometime employee other people to do their small daily chores like moving the lone, house cleaning or dog walking. In my opinion, these kind of practices are good for the society. The people who work longer jobs can get some rest after long hard day. On the other hand other people who are employe by them get some extra money to do small stuff. It is good opportunity for teenagers. Teenagers and youngsters and earn some extra money from this kind of work which they can invest for better future. With this they can also learn time management by managing studies and part time work.
There are some down side of this too. If people start hiring others for doing their daily work then in long run they tend to become more lazy. For instsnce walking a pet dog daily is a good habit. People walk with dog on long distance can provide health benefits. Help improve breathing and reduce body fat. But if people hire someone for this they tend to spend time home which lead to laziness and health problems.
In my opinion, People should have find balance between these too. People who work long hours daily should employe some one for their daily chores for weekdays but during weekends they should work by themselves. Which can help them maintain their health.
To put in nutshell, small things like dog walking, dish washing and cooking. These basic things people should do by themsleves. And for other duties they can hire people for weekdays and in weekends they work themselves.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of providing work for others and the question of whether people should perform these tasks themselves. The position is clear throughout, and the ideas are relevant. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For example, the argument regarding teenagers is a good point, but it could be expanded with more specific detail on how this impacts the broader economy or community. The conclusion is a bit repetitive, restating points already made rather than synthesizing them. Overall, the response covers the requirements well, but would benefit from more depth in the supporting arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. There is a progression of ideas from the benefits of hiring help to the potential downsides and a balanced conclusion. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or repetitive (e.g., 'In my opinion', 'To put in nutshell'). Some transitions between sentences are abrupt, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the final paragraph where the connection between the examples and the advice is slightly disjointed. Improved use of linking words would enhance the flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the precision and variety required for a higher band. There are several instances of awkward phrasing or incorrect word choices, such as 'it is became trend' instead of 'it has become a trend' and 'moving the lone' instead of 'mowing the lawn'. While the student attempts to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'time management' and 'daily chores', the overall range is limited. Spelling errors, such as 'becase', 'employe', and 'instsnce', occur frequently, which slightly hinders the reader's experience.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, particularly with verb tenses ('it is became'), subject-verb agreement ('jobs required'), and word forms ('other people who are employe by them'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with some sentence fragments, such as 'For instance. In canada dog walker job is recently getting popular.' These errors are noticeable and occur regularly, though they do not completely impede communication. To improve, the student should focus on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common grammatical slips.
